Have you got Talent! If you “think” you do, we want you to perform at our Coffee House fundraiser. All varieties of talents are welcome, (provided they are appropriate for a family event). The Coffee House night is Saturday May 24th @ 7:30pm @ St David’s parish in the West Island. All the proceeds from this Coffee House will go to towards financing Montreal Challenges special 10th anniversary reunion this coming Fall.

Welcome Back Ultreya is a reunion of the participants of Challenge 19 with the rest of the Challenge community. There will be music, GBE’s, a talk, group discussion, and much more. But the best part of Welcome Back is the opportunity to hang out with your new (and/or old) friends from Challenge. Whether it’s been a few days or a few years since your Challenge Weekend, YOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME BACK!

The Challenge Weekend (February 22-24) is a 3 day retreat designed to “challenge” you to learn more about yourself, and your relationship with God. Challenge is for anyone, aged 18-25, who is interested in exploring the Catholic faith with an open mind. Whether you are a practicing believer or seldom go to church, Challenge will provide you with an opportunity to learn, to share, and to grow in faith. The 2008 Ultreya schedule kicks-off on friday January 4th for a special ultreya for our outgoing Spiritual Director Fr. Tom McEntee. All are invited to attend as we thank Fr Tom for his many years of dedicated service to Challenge and the youth of Montreal. This friday (Dec 14) is our annual Christmas Party - Please bring two non-parishable food items & snacks to share. There will also be a gift exchange, so please bring on “homemade” gift to give. The dress code for the evening is Semi-Formal - After Christmas, the ultreya schedule will resume January 4th

On friday nov 9th we’ll be celebrating Mass at ultreya to commission our new Service Team & Ultreya Leaders for 2007-2008. All Challengers are welcome to join us for this special occasion as we begin the 10th year of Challenge in Montreal! Ultreya will open it’s doors at 7:30pm and the Mass will start at 8pm.

Congradulation to our new Co-Lay Directors, Eric Pawlusiak & Tania Matiaszuk. They are currently putting together a new service team & a new group of ultreya leaders for this year.
